Fiesta Mexicana 5k is July 13th!
Hey all! So, just a quick reminder that we hope to get a group together to go and run a fun, fast 5k on July 13th. The Fiesta Mexicana 5k has been around since my day and has had some good competition in years past. If anything, if can give you an idea of where your current fitness level stands; though it shouldn't act as a be-all, end-all. It could be hot and humid or it could be moderate and easy to breathe; we won't know until the day. Looking through last year's results it looks as if medaling could be a possibility for many of you athletes!
It would be awesome to get as many kids there as possible and maybe grab something to eat thereafter. There is an online registration form (with a processing fee) and a print-out/mail-in form as well. It's currently $30 for the early-bird price but will go up to $35 after June 30th.
